The Summerhill opened its doors to residents in June 2001 and it’s been a roaring success ever since. Residents are thrilled to be living in such a welcoming and comfortable environment, located in a bustling neighbourhood.

Tours of The Summerhill are available every day at your convenience. No appointment is necessary. Just drop in and one of our staff will be more than happy to show you around and answer your questions.  After taking a tour, stay for awhile. You are more than welcome to join us for a scrumptious lunch prepared fresh daily by our own in-house chef.  If you want to get involved, then try out one of the activities planned by our Recreation Manager. Just phone ahead and be part of the camaraderie at The Summerhill.

Q. Will The Summerhill shuttle bus take me to a medical appointment?
A. The shuttle will drop you off and pick you up to and from North Shore appointments.  Simply make reservations with our reception/concierge.

Q. Are laundry facilities provided?

On every floor, you’ll find complimentary laundry facilities where you can do your personal laundry.Many of our signature suites have in suite laundry.  Or for a small fee, one of the staff at The Summerhill will do your personal laundry for you.

Q. Can out-of-town guests stay at The Summerhill?

Yes, The Summerhill features one economical guest suite that is comparable to an elegant hotel room.

Q. Does The Summerhill have parking?

Yes, there is secured underground resident, and visitor parking for cars and scooters.

Q. Can I bring my pet?

The Summerhill is a very pet friendly residence, and welcomes small house-trained pets.
