Building Services Manager

Safe and attractive residences are the hallmark of Pacific Arbour Retirement Communities. As the Building Services Manager your key responsibilities will be to ensure efficient energy management; take responsibility for equipment safety, fire plans and building security and serve as OH&S chair; maintain all building equipment; complete suite preparation for turnover and assist in budget preparation. Depending on the residence, you may oversee housekeeping.

Housekeeper

A clean and inviting environment is critical to the health and wellbeing of our residents. In this position you will clean the resident apartments in a safe and efficient manner, including bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and dusting; empty garbage and recycling; clean resident laundry and common areas; provide optional services such as laundry and bed making as well as identify and log potential maintenance issues.

Night House Person

Are you a night owl? Then this position may be for you. Working from 9pm – 7am, the key responsibilities of this role are to perform concierge and janitorial duties; handle resident matters and respond to emergencies; screen visitors and telephone calls; perform physical work such as lifting and bending and ensure that the residents are safe and comfortable during the night.
